C. Visa Document

Color uploaded documents using the format (*.JPG, *.JPEG) with a minimum size of 100Kb and a maximum of 400Kb per sheet.

3. Passport bio page min. 18 months.
4. Savings account book min. the last 3 months with a balance equal to min. USD 2000.
5. Passport color photo.
6. Full dose of Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate.
7. Proof of ownership of health insurance/travel insurance which includes health financing/statement that you are willing to pay independently.
8. Immigration documents held (if any).
9. Statement letter willing to comply with all applicable health protocols in Indonesia.

          Note:

• • The PNBP fee for telex visa and e-visa is Rp. 200,000 + $150
  • Foreign students pay the telex visa and e-visa fees themselves to the destination bank (BRI, BNI, or Bank Mandiri) after notification of payment (will be notified by our International Office).
  • Limited Stay Permit (ITAS), Multiple Re-Exit Permit (MERP), Report Certificate (STM) to the Indonesian Police, and Exit Permit Only (EPO) totaling Rp. 4,375,000
  • Fee for Study Permit, E-Visa, Residence Certificate (SKTT) totaling Rp. 450,000
  • International students who have finished their studies must immediately take care of Exit Permit Only (EPO) at Immigration even though the stay permit period is still valid for several months. It is essential because the guarantor is the University, and if something happens to an international student using a student visa, the University’s reputation is at risk.
  • International students are prohibited from working or receiving wages (money), including competitions that receive money outside the scope of the University (If within the scope of Trisakti University they are allowed to participate in any competitions but are still not allowed to receive money).
  • The University must monitor the presence of international students. We cannot let them go to an area/place without our consent (the University) and then be found by the Immigration officers on patrol. University is to be summoned by the Immigration Service.
